In the early 1990s, the Villaloa Neighborhood History
Society was formed to document the history of the Sierra Madre Villa and
Kinneloa areas. It published three editions of The Villaloa, a
historical newsletter, and organized a tour of a nineteenth-century
home, among other activities.
